#16 Sabina

Very beautiful, gypsy themed tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the busy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 min to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

Click this link to see Video Tour of the property.

The space

Come enjoy the gypsy camp at long springs. The caravan tiny home has a queen beed and two twin beds. It has a large soaker tub and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It has a bright colorful vide that we know you will love.

We have the units grouped with three others to encourage multiple families traveling together and also providing the opportunity for guests to meet and enjoy each other company. There is a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use.

Guest access

We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a shared charcoal grill and picnic tables close by for all to use. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, fire pits and a playground. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.

Interaction with guests

We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self checkin instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.

Other things to note

We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

Such a fun place to stay!

We enjoy camping, so this was the perfect place to enjoy the same feel of “camping” with the comforts of home for our two toddlers. Sabina cottage was the perfect size for our family and provided the privacy for comfortable sleeping and relaxing for us and our kids. The kids enjoyed the playground, and we all enjoyed playing outside and roasting over the campfire. The hosts were very gracious to accommodate us checking in early for nap time since we were in the area. They had everything we needed for our stay, and even provided complimentary coffee and coffee mugs (yum!). We loved the soaking tub! We will definitely stay here again and want to bring our extended family along! Thank you, Turleys!

Excellent stay!

This location was extremely adorable and quaint. Wish we could have stayed longer. My kids and I really enjoyed the space and it was very cozy and fun. A little Mini cabin but the surprise was the huge garden tub which was quite enjoyable at the end of a chilly day. Loved having lots of fresh clean fluffy white towels, hand cloths and wash cloths. VERY comfortable beds! The outside lighting at night was a great feature. We plan to be back! Would like to do a fire pit round and play some corn hole next time when we can stay a little longer. Excellent stay! Thank you!!

Great time

We had a great time at the tiny house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a day's stay. It is about half an hour to the smokeys and in a nice secluded location away from the hustle. We would love to come back and stay here the next time as well.

Definitely worth the money

Exactly as the pictures look. Everything was perfect..communication, directions, location, checkin/checkout, price. Super clean and quaintly decorated. Little details such as water, coffee, utensils. The beds were SUPER comfy which is hard to find, even in nice hotels. Definitely worth the money. Can't wait to stay again and take advantage of the extras like the fire pit, grill, playground, corn hole and hammocks.

We will definitely be back

A diamond tucked away in the woods. My family and I booked 3 tiny homes after Christmas and were extremely happy with our stay. The location was great as it’s close enough to the attractions but isolated for peace and quiet. The tiny homes were beautifully appointed and really felt like our home away from home. By far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We will definitely be back to visit this tiny home community.

The cabin was cozy & comfortable

This was the perfect setting for our sister weekend in the Smokies. The cabin was cozy & comfortable, & we received quick responses from the hosts. Great proximity to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, without the crazy tourist feel of other nearby locations.

The tiny home was perfect, much better than staying at a hotel. The four of us had plenty of room. The tub and shower were full sized, which was surprising in a smaller home. The location was also great, centrally located, easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Thanks to the Turleys for a great weekend stay.
